Thalia Mara Hall is an ADA compliant facility and recognizes the needs of those with disabilities, striving to provide a full range of accommodations for guests to ensure their safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our events. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive accessible seating, parking, service animal accommodations, accessible restrooms, and more.

• Main Floor Accessible Seating: Accessible seating is available off Row P. For the most direct route, guests seating in this area should utilize the dedicated side building entrance located off S. West Street.

• Second Floor Accessible Seating: Accessible seating is also available on the 2nd floor, which is fully accessible via the venue elevator.

• Restrooms & Amenities: All public restrooms and concession areas within the facility are designed to be fully accessible by individuals in a wheelchair.

• Guest Services: Our house staff and ushers are available at every performance to assist with directions, elevator operation, or any additional accommodations you may require to enjoy your visit.
